CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Once an appointment has been booked with us, you are agreeing to provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule.

 

Cancellations or rescheduled appointments made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

 

The cancellation fee must be paid before any future appointments can be booked. If the fee remains unpaid, you will be unable to rebook with us until the outstanding balance has been settled.

COURSE TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

Once you have booked onto a course with us, a non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your place.

 

This booking fee enables us to reserve the training room and your allocated training date specifically for you. As a result, the booking fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation or non-attendance.
